Salt spray corrosion test chamber structure:
The chamber is made of corrosion-resistant imported PVC plastic sheet, which is molded and welded at high
temperature as a whole. It is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean and leak-free. The chamber cover is made of
the same PVC plastic transparent plate, so you can clearly see the test items and spray conditions in the chamber.
Tower type spray system, and equipped with salt liquid filtration system, no crystallization nozzle, salt spray
distribution uniform, free adjustment of settlement.
Water seal structure is used between lid and body, no salt spray overflow.
Line control panel and other elements are fixed in the position of easy inspection and maintenance,
the use of door lock open side cover door, not only beautiful, and convenient maintenance.
Salt spray corrosion test chamber control system:
Intelligent high precision digital display PID microcomputer control instrument for control, error is ±0.1℃,
thin film KEY BOARD keys,touch setting, digital and direct display, temperature control output power are
calculated by the microcomputer, to achieve high precision and high efficiency of electricity benefits.
Also optional imported Fuji, RKC, Honeywell watch (optional).
Continuous or periodic spray is optional.
All circuits are fitted with circuit breakers and all heaters are equipped with electronic and mechanical overheat protection.
