Machine Feature
The machine tool adopts roller type linear slide rail.
It has high rigidity and heavy load capacity.
It greatly improves the positioning accuracy and carrying capacity of the machine tool's vertical and horizontal feed movement.
Machine tool spindle pulley and spindle CNC servo motor pulley are connected by belt, equipped with high torque servo motor,
stepless variable speed, and a wide range of variable speed.
It can meet the different requirements of spindle speed for rough machining and fine machining of parts.
Machine tool rest adopts horizontal or vertical multi-position numerical control tool rest,
the tool changing time is short, and the work efficiency is greatly improved.
The upper end of the spindle can be equipped with disk type worktable or hydraulic chuck according to customer requirements.
The lower end of the spindle is equipped with a single piston cylinder or a double piston cylinder for
controlling the compression of the workpiece and the hydraulic chuck.
